Masturbating at your age is completely normal and natural.  Don't let anyone make you feel ashamed or bad about it.  You can follow your body's cues.  If you feel the urge it's because it is time to explore and learn about your body.  So feel free to touch anywhere it feels good.  Usually the clitoris is our first orgasm experience.  Explore and do what feels good and you will learn as you go.   And don't be shy to come back and ask more questions.

its  completely normal, it can be hormones, thoughts, anything. Just relax and dont worry about it, everyone has urges, its part of being human not anything medical.

If you really dont want your parents knowing, do it in the shower, or when everyone's asleep.

Rub you clitoris
Finger your vaginal opening
(I suggest you well lubricate yourself like use lotion, your vagina can be dry and if you stick your finger in it could hurt)

I dont reccomend a vibrator at your age, you can stretch your vagina and end up hurting yourself and bleeding, you should just use your fingers at this point untill your older.

You can also use a hairbrush handle to penetrate your opening, but really hunny be careful!
