How fast can you get pregnant after nexplanon removal?

I had the nexplanon removed May 9th after having it for 7 months. I had sex with my fiancé later that day unprotected. We use the “pull out” method but that time he did not. But we have had consistent sex since then using it. The next day on May 10th i got what I would assume my period which was pretty heavy and lasted until the May 11th where is was very light.
A week later I had pinkish spotting when I wiped but then egg white brownish discharge the next day.
It was been a little over 5 weeks and I haven’t received another period?
I’ve been experience cramping and sore nipples. I had cramping more on the right side. I had a very little white discharge the other day but nothing since. I have now been fairly dry but contantly feel discharge or my period coming out of my vagina (sorry tmi). But when I do to check in dry
I took a pregnancy test last week and it was negative. Should I take another one or could it be something else?
Has anyone has any similar experiences and ended up being pregnant ?
