Hurts to take out a tampon, but...

It really hurts when i take out a tampon, but it does NOT hurt at all when i have sex. Even someone with very large male endowment. Why is this? Should i be worried?

It might not be absorbing enough which causes friction when you take it out. Try switching to a lower grade one or leaving it in longer (unless you're leaving it in for the max amount of time)

you just might be using the wrong size tampon. i usually have a heavy flow so i figured i'd use the super tampons and the same thing happened to me. i switched to regular and it doesn't hurt at all.  hope this helps =)
