Has anyone tried Better Woman for incontenence

I have read up on the product and sounds good but have not found any info other than their words. Has anyone tried this and does it really work for incontenence.

I don't know, but have you tried doing your kegels?

What type of incont do you have?  I would be careful in taking something OTC like this because it has not been approved by the FDA, as they don't regulate these types of herbal remedies.  If you have stress incont, chances are it won't do a thing.  As for kegels, well, they can only do so much.  I have both stress and urge incont.  The latter came later for me, and I am just 40.  I know that weight loss can have a significant impact on this problem, as well as eliminating things that can irritate the bladder such as coffee, soda (big one), and citrus.  I myself, will never eliminate coffee!  My plan for my problem is to lose the extra weight, and improve my diet.  I am considering surgical options if it does not improve significantly as it is a problem and an annoying one at that.

Thanks, Imroswell. I agree about the OTC's.  I have both types, as well, and unfortunately, surgery seems to be my only option.  Apparently, monkeyflower, doesn't know that the Kegel's only work up to a point.  If only it were that easy!  If it sounds to good to be true, it usually is.  Excersize has improved the problem but again, only to a point, although the other health affects have been really great.  Thanks for sharing.
