Hypothalmic Amenorrhea Help

I lost my period about 7 months ago because of overexercising and under eating. For months now, I've been eating a lot more and scaled back exercise to just 4 days a week. I avoid HIIT cardio and stick mostly to dumbbell strength workouts. As of right now, I've been getting raw egg white cervical mucus for weeks, but I see no sign of my period. I'm not underweight, either. Do I need to do anything else to get my period back ASAP or will it come back soon if I keep doing what I'm doing?

It sounds like you're going about it the right way. If you have this happen for months and months, see your doc and get your hormone levels checked, and your thyroid as well.
