I am 2 mos delayed am i pregnant?

I'm just sooo worried if I'm pregnant cause the last time I had period was on June 21 2013 and now its August 22 2013 so its 2 months now that I missed my period. I don't think I have signs of pregnancy. My boobs aren't swelling, I don't vomit but I'm conscious about the size of my belly. I don't know if its really increasing or I'm just crazy conscious if its getting big.
I didn't take any test, I'm planning to take at the end of the month if I don't still have my period. (And that's scary!) I have searched for this kind of situation and I have found out that sometimes even though you took a Pregnancy Test and the result is negative it's not that accurate so I'm supeeeeeeeer afraid, worried and getting crazy about it.
If you know something about this please reply. Really need an answer. :( Thanks!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Most home pregnancy tests that check urine beta-HCG are sensitive to 20-25 mIU/ml of HCG. The test can be positive anywhere from about 2-3 days prior to a missed menses to 4-5 days after, but usually it should be done 7-10 days past your missed period. However if you have missed the periods for two months then chances of pregnancy are there.
You can check your pregnancy status by a urine for pregnancy test or get your serum HCG levels checked.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

From experience, you can have a negative test and still be pregnant. It is not common but it does happen.  That being said stress, diet changes, hormonal inbalences can also cause an abscence of your cycle.

The best thing I can tell you is see your Dr,, and /or take a test.
