I am desperate for help? A lot of pain?

I am 16. I am very sick, if I eat ANYHTING I just wanna puke it back up & the top of my stomach like right below my breasts but in the center hurts so bad all the time.
Also I am having horrible random cramps, all through out my stomach, the cramps are low like period cramps but the pain of them is hardly ever in one place.
Horrible headaches.
Dizzy all the time or light headed.
I have a swollen belly I look like i'm pregnant but i'm not.
I stay tired all the time & just feel horribly sick.
I run low fevers, like 98.9 to maybe 100.
My normal body temp is around 96 something.
I have been like this for a month & it's only getting WORSE.
My parents won't take me to the doctor, I have been asking for about 2 weeks or more.
What could this be? I need help & some advice please.

The doctor visit went alright.
I'm not pregnant.
They did blood work then after that an x-ray.
My blood pressure was 100 somthing over 105 & they freaked out over that & got it down.
The x-ray didn't show anything.
I have an ultrasound monday they are going to check for cysts on my overies.
But for now they have me on some pain meds for my upper stomach pain they think it's to much acid causing that pain & causing me to get sick all the time.

Thanks. At this point any advice at all helps.
I was going to take myself but getting a ride in the snow we have been having here is kinda hard. (Can't drive by myself yet)
But my mom & I just fought it out about me going to the doctor tomorrow.
My boyfriend's mom said if my mom doesn't take me this week she will because her & my boyfriend & deeply concured about me because I never get sick like this.
I will update after I see my doctor tomorrow.

Oh & I forgot to put that I have to pee litterly about every 20 minutes.
I know it sounds like pregnancy but all HPT are negative & I would have to be about half way through the pregnancy by now even if I was & I am having my periods so thats why I say i'm not pregnant.
