I have a blood blister from shaving on my vagina. Is it safe to pop it?

Its starting to feel sore can i pop it.

Nope, don't pop anything there. SO easy to get infected!  Ice it, don't lance it yourself.  Don't pop it.  Let it get smaller and go away on it's own. If it breaks, wash it with soap and water. If you are concerned about it, get it looked at by a doctor.
