I have a painful lump on cyst near my clit

I’m a young teen and not well educated on my lady parts to please bear with my poor explanation. I’ve went camping for the past week an haven’t showered and I’ve noticed today a painful lump which I think to be a cyst on my inner labia right beside my clit on the left side. Today is the first day I’ve noticed this and it feels about the size of a quarter. It’s not itchy and it’s hard to examine because my skin on my inner lips is so fleshy. I’m over weight and I don’t deal with that area much bc I don’t have much sexual interest and my weight makes it and issues. I tried to take a picture but they were blurry so I can’t describe the lump well. It basically always painful but I think it’s because it’s always in contact with other skin because my thighs rub together. Should I go to my gyno? I’ve never been and I feel uncomfortable to go and I’d like to avoid it at all costs. What do you think this is and what should I do to treat it? I also feel a weird slight sensation similar to when your doors asleep down there.
