Okay so what I have heard from many is that they couldnt do it without HRT however as we all know too well is that Endometriosis feeds off Estrogen. You really should see an Endo specialist who deals with the after treatment. I know many women who could deal with the side effects as well.

It is sad that you had to go that route to begin with.

What I can do it retweet your question and see what my Endosisters have to say who have had a hysterectomy. I can find out what they used to help them with the side effects.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
What you are having are hormonal effects after hysterectomy. Please consult a gynecologist and get a complete hormone panel done: FSH, LH, estrogen, progesterone, androgens and prolactin. If they are found to be in menopausal levels then, hormone replacement therapy will help a lot. Even if the ovaries are not removed, post hysterectomy many women suffer from such symptoms.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
