I started bleeding as if I was on my period after masturbation? Is this normal?

So first of all I feel like something might be wrong in general, I haven't been having my period in the past few months and when I do it doesn't come back until 1-3 months later. Secondly, the other day after masturbating (just with my fingers) I noticed blood and shedding of the uterus I believe (as if I was on my period), but it didn't last? I prepared myself because I thought my period was starting but it there was nothing there the next morning and I still haven't started bleeding again. It really scared me, I've experienced bleeding after masturbation but never have I had shedding??? I don't know if it's just the remains if that's even possible, or it just happened for a quick moment. Should I go see a doctor for this? Or is this normal to some people?

Yes, you could have scratched yourself I suppose.  But also, when you have an orgasm, everything contracts.  This could push some blood out especially if it is brownish or darker than super bright red.  A bit of spotting.  And you sound due for a period so it's probably on its way.  good luck
