I woke up with a pain in my groin

So I woke Up this morning with my left groin hurting. I’ve been laying here since and hasn’t gone away. My temp was 98.2 so no really fever.  I just Don’t know what it is. I dont Think it’s a pulled muscle since I woke up with it. I’m on my period so i can’t tell if there’s blood in my urnie or not. It hurts just laying here not even moving. I think It’s starting to swell but idk. I do Have lupus and kidney problems. So not sure if it’s related and vascular problems. If someone could help me figure out what’s going on I’d appreciate it
