I'm 13 and my breasts are still small, will they grow?

I got my period when I was 11 or 12 but my breast size is still 34B. I'm really insecure about it and I was wondering whether they'll grow any bigger anytime soon. Are there any things I could do to make sure they grow bigger?

Believe it or not, 34B is the normal size or average size for the majority of women.  That's not really considered small but the most popular size.  Try, even though it is hard in this day and age, to be happy with your body.  Media shows all these big breasted women and we think that is what we'd like to be.  But you know, that can be a huge pain (literally).  Anyway, there isn't much you can do other than to pump up the pectoral muscles.  You can do chest presses (get weights or a bar with light weights, lay on your back and push up) or chest flies (look up how to do this, too hard to describe here).  Gaining weight is also a way to increase breast size.  But you will likely grow a bit more.  AND, please know that our breasts change size AND shape over the years.   good luck
