I think aimntrev--Said boring-as in having no problems--that the pg goes smoothly and you are not in pain or having problmes where you are at the dr constantly....so I think boring was a great wish for you....or you could use the word uneventful....Good Luck on Baby

Funny thing, that I will always remember.  You as the female will notice before anyone.  I remember though the first time my husband noticed.  I got up off the couch and turned to leave the room, and he said "you have a little baby tummy."  I won't ever forget that.  I can still tell you what shirt I had on, and that was about 6 years ago now.  I think I was about 16-18 weeks when I first started seeing it.  There is a site on the internet that you can sign up to get info on what the baby looks like at that time of your pregnancy.  I don't remember the site name, but if you google the stages of pregnancy I am sure it will show up.  Another thing, get the bible for pregnancy "What to expect when you are expecting."  I am so happy for you, and I will tell you that the best thing you should do is relax.  Make these next few months about you, because after you deliver you won't have so much relaxing time.

Yes relaxing is the most important thing. But I will be starting my classes for school soon so I will try to relax...but I was looking up the internet and it says our tunmy will be showing around the 3rd or 4th month

Well your right, I was exactly 3 months preg when I started noticing.  I can tell you the exact time because I was 3 months preg with my first when 9/11 happened.  I remember that I had my normal work clothes on but I had the button undone on my pants.  You wouldn't have been able to tell if you didn't know I was, but I could tell and my husband could tell a little or so he says.  It really was just a pooch though.  Now with my second child I probably looked 6 months preg when I was 4 months preg.  That is due to the fact that after your first child the "balloon" blows up easier.  One thing that you will find out, is that every female is different when it comes to when she "showed" and how she carried the baby, and what pains and problems she had.  One thing that I wish I would've done and I am going to let you know this so you can do it.  Have someone take a picture of you standing side ways with you shirt lifted up every month of your pregnancy so you can look back and see the changes.  I regret that I didn't think of it when I was pregnant.  Also be prepared for a little thing called growing pains...........when you stretch, some women go to the er thinking something is wrong because it can hurt when your belly stretches when baby gets bigger.

Hello sweet friends,
Now i have a different question again..that is , i am supposed to become heavier now right?but surprisingly, i have lost 5 pounds!! Is it normal??

Secondly, I am already 7 weeks pregnant so can i go for swimming to relax a bit or is it too much during the first trimester and i should avoid it?

Sorry for bothering u all again...but i do have lots of queries! thanx for being there!!

and jja07, since u will be starting school soon, do take real good care of yourself sweetie, have lots of juices and snacks to munch on , with u all the time!! goodluck!!

it is normal to loose a little weight at the beginning of your pregnancy.  i actually lost 8 pounds.  you will gradually put it back on.  some females just do that.  you could not be eatting as much if your stomach is upset, or if you are throwing up.  i ate what i was suppose to, but i just lost weight at first.
