If this fluctuates, does it have to do with the kind of underwear you are wearing? A lot of women have trouble with nylon underwear, versus cotton. If you have a mixed group of underpants (some 100% cotton, some not), maybe sometimes the less-absorbent ones would be more likely to trap bacteria and cause you to itch.
This sounds like a yeast infection but it's really very common and nothing to be embarrassed about. I'd try to talk to your mother, she's your best source for help. Speaking as a mom, I'd so much rather my child be brave and come to me than talk to strangers on the internet. She can help you with getting something to make the itch go away. The drug store has over the counter things. No smell means bacteria is not likely, infection not likely but would think this is more to do with an overgrowth of yeast. Don't douche or anything like that as that can make it worse. hormones can increase your likelihood to get a yeast infection. Some women get chronic yeast infections with relation to their cycle as the ph shifts as our hormones shift. Have you ever heard of probiotics? These are a supplement you can take in the form of a pill (drug store bought) or food such as yogurt that has probiotics included or smoothies bought in your dairy aisle. These really help keep a consistent PH balance that leads to less yeast overgrowth. But please, talk to your mom. All women have things like this from time to time. If not your mom, another trusted woman adult in your life.
