Implant

So I've had the implant since August 9th, and yes it stopped my period like expected. I had no problems with it, until last week when I was knocked in the arm with the implant in, and suddenly my period started, I've checked the implant through my arm to see if everything is okay and it feels a bit bumpy, and then just now I've walked into a wall and hit my arm fairly hard and suddenly I'm bleeding again from my vaginal area, should I be concerted and get it checked out, or is this completely normal.
