Skin tags / lumps on vagina opening

I have little skin/ tags/ bumps on the opening of my vagina, instead of it being a neat circular shape hole, should I be concerned?

Also, is there any way you could have been exposed to genital warts? (Unprotected sex with someone who might have them?) If so, you might google a photograph of them to see if what you have seems like it could possibly be warts. I do think they are supposed to be harder than skin tags, though.

Hi.  Are they new?  Or have they been there?
