Irregular menstrual cycle

Hello,

I am 23 and I am worried about my health. I haven't had my period for like 3 months now, (I am not physical with anyone) I did visit the gynecologist and got some tests done but everything seems normal.  I was sick during the month of March and was on antibiotics for a week. Also, I was stressed a little during the same month. Is this normal?

Please help.

stress can mess up your cycle, so can diet and many other factors. have you started taking the pill or any other hormonal contraceptive? have you recently stopped using the pill, contraceptive? your doctor needs to do some futher investigation into this.
