Irritated clit and urge to pee

So I had protected sex with someone that has hsv2 and is asymptomatic. The next day my clit starts to feel strange and then becomes irritated then painful. I go to the doctors and get tested. This is like a week later. Came back negative but she did say that it was inflamed, and had small cuts but didn't look like herpes. Also that week I was nausea and vomiting as well as having night sweats, and couldnt sleep though I don't know if it was do to, the really bad aniexty I was having. Then I started to develop lower abdominal pain. Where I could no longer feel the urge to pee but feel painful pressure in my bladder area, and my clit would hurt. So I went to the doctors again got some antibiotics for bv. And have gotten 3 different creams to try out. If this cream doesn't work they said they would biopsy it. So I'm wondering if I have hsv? If I should get tested again? Or if this is a whole other thing? My clit will go back and forth from being okay to not. This has been going on for a month now. It doesn't hurt to touch or wipe or when I pee.

Got tested at 6 and 8 weeks both negative. How accurate are those results?

Has anyone had any bad issues or infections on clit before? How were they?

They visually inspected it and didn't suspect hsv.  The sore doesn't sound like it would follow the typical pattern (like a blister that crusts). It's a hard area to heal if you had one and an area where you can easily get infection.  Those hurt!  I would guess it is not HSV but  you can get tested if you fear this.  Easy enough to do but am guessing it's just a wicked abrasion/cut that is taking it's time to heal.  What are the creams?  I'd be careful that products don't irritate you more than help you.  Dabbing a bit of vasoline on a cut like that can sometimes protect it enough so it can heal.
