Is it herpes or symptom of gonorrhea or something else?

11 days ago I had sex. I used protection for penetration but I gave oral unprotected. The next day I had a sore throat. For the following days I continued to have a sore throat, thinking it was merely thirst or aggressiveness of the oral. Then around my mouth, more around a certain spot. There is slight swelling on one side of my upper lip(half side of lip). No pain, no blisters.

My throat is still very dry and hard to swallow a little. The tingling has been continuing to happen for days, on and off, above my lips and sometimes around my mouth.  My lips are very chapped and dry, skin peeling.

I went to get STD check. I was tested for gonorrhea. (They don't test for herpes though.) I've always been having white discharge that I thought was yeast infection. It's always a bit irritated down there too.
