Is it normal to have a very light flow period?

I gave birth to my daughter almost a year ago and I have had very light period flow. I've had normal cramps but the flow is hardly anything. Is that normal?

You might discuss it with your doctor. If you are still breastfeeding, maybe the prolactin affects how much endometrium you are producing.
