Itchy Vulva

Hi I am a 23 year old female and I have been experiencing a constant itch for the last six weeks mostly on my labia and clitoris. Even if I scratch it, it does not relieve the discomfort whatsoever. The itching never goes away even when I apply creams. I have tried Aloe Vera, multiple types of thrush creams, Sorbolene, Paw Paw cream, DermAid - nothing works. I have also tried baths with Epsom salts and Apple vinegar - no change. I have changed to a more sensitive body wash, wearing only cotton undies in the day and no undies at night, tried to wear baggy pants when I can and to also avoid shaving as much - no luck.
I thought maybe if I went a week without applying any creams maybe it would get better, and it didn't. I have been tested for every STD, including Herpes I and 2 and Trichomoniasis  - all came back negative. I have also had a pap smear, and also had to pay an additional fee where they do a more detailed swab or something - again that was all fine. The doctor can't see any bumps worth noting, except a week ago I started to feel pain/discomfort to the right of my vagina on my labia. I can't see it very well, it's just sore, and feels lumpier than the left side (I don't think it's an ulcer). I booked an appointment with a gynaecologist for the 13th of August (unfortunately the earliest appointment they had), but the wait is killing me. This all started on the 18th of June when I had just come off antibiotics, I even made sure while I was on antibiotics I was taking probiotics so that I would avoid getting thrush. My doctor did say on one of my tests that thrush was present, so I took an oral tablet on 31st of July, and been applying cream three times a day and using the vaginal pessary tablets (6 day treatment) - and still no feeling of improvement. I'm just at my wit's end, work is so uncomfortable to be at, and I just feel so unattractive. I avoid sleeping with my partner because I don't want to tell him what is going on. I never have sex without condoms, so I don't know what this could be. Any ideas of what this could be or any suggestions of what I can do?
