Itchy rectum area

I've had an itchy rectum area for about 8 months now, its driving me crazy! I have been to my gynocologist many times since it started. He usually prescribes hydrozyzine for the itching and a hydrocortizone cream. One time he gave me anti biotics and he has also given me diflucan. nothing ever seems to help and the best answer my doctor can give me is that its probably just something to do with bacteria. I have been tested for stds and have not had sex since this has been happening! there are small reddish colored bumps that are usually there once in awhile they will go away for a few days. my doctor has examined them with a micro scope and told me they are not herpes lesions or anything like that. I was diagnosed with the non cancerous version of hpv a few months ago, but my doctor doesn't think this has anything to do with that. I can't help but itch down there, it's horribly itchy all the time and the itching always makes it worse. my skin gets raw and sometimes the little bumps bleed. Everywhere i go, i feel uncomfortable because of this it really *****!! does anyone know what this could be and how to stop it?

Try probiotics and a good candida cleanse.

Have you tried an anti-bacterial cream like Neosporin? It's made specifically to kill bacteria on the surface of the skin.  As a bonus, it will keep the area from drying out. It's worth a try.  Good luck.
