Would help to know your age, because 40's+ could be peri-menopause, but leaky breasts I'm assuming is milk, so that's a different hormonal concern if you had a baby/nursing. Mainstream Dr's don't like to do HRT anymore, so may need a private Dr to address hormone discomfort. One of my breasts has always given drops of milk when squeezed which is highly unusual but not a problem in itself. If you're spontaneously leaking w/o a pregnancy, see an obgyn Dr. to test hormones and discuss. I used to take antidepressants for pain and I did get hot flashes, eventually became dangerous serotonin syndrome that most my Dr's acted like wasn't a problem, but your meds could be, and you should consult for options. It's also possible you could be harboring an IUD infection. I had Lyme of all things, grow around my IUD- at first felt like a yeast infection, but within days I was begging for removal. Unbearable pain spread down my legs and abdomen. hysterectomy didn't help. Finally figured out through a friend, because Drs were no help, that I could have Lyme. An LLMD saved and changed my life. Not saying that applies here, just relaying what I can for you and others. Good luck.
