When i am excited, mad, concertrating on something my hands shake. I know a few others that have this problem. I was wondering if anyone knew what causes this?
yea well i do shake most of the time but it just worst when i get excited, mad, sad or concertration on something
It is your body releasing "adrenaline" which is a natural response to getting excited or mad.
