Labia swollen and bruised after rough stimulation please help?

Hi i am 17 and About 4 days ago my boyfriend and I decided to be sexually intamate. He was stimulating the inside of my vagina, fingering me, and it felt the same way it usually does I felt a little soreness here and there but usually this is normal for me. I guess he was a little too rough because when I looked down my entire right side labia minora I think was swollen! That night I iced it the swelling had gone down but the next morning it was bruised purple ish black. I have been taking ibuprofen but nothing seems to heal it and it hurts and is very uncomfortable to walk, I am still in school and very active in basketball right now so this situation does not help me running up an down the Court. Moral of the story how can I reduce the swelling, bruising and pain quickly so I can get back to normal life? Please help me.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be trauma to the genitals due to rough fingering. Wash the areas with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a gynecologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
