Left ovary pain

Hello,

For the last few days, I have been having intense pain (it feels like it's my left ovary.) I'm not ovulating, in fact, I'm due for my period in a few days. This seems to happen sporadically during the month and comes and goes for a few days, but when it comes, it is a very sharp stabbing pain, sometimes just making me want to curl up into a ball and not move. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I would suggest you see the doctor and get checked out.  Take a urine sample with you when you go.

It may not be anything connected with your womb.  There are other medical reasons for having sharp pains in that area too.

Hope you get on OK and that the doctor will be able to give you a diagnosis and treat you appropriately.

Best wishes.

It could be endometriosis. Or ovarian cyst sometimes they come and go others have to be removed. I would ask a doctor about it and get right in. Better to be safe than sorry.
:) hope that helps
