Lots of questions.

I posted a question regarding the right things to do to possible conceive. I know that stress on it will not help the process. My question more so is, per my p tracker I am 28 day cycle. The only thing is my period rarely starts when it's supposed to, I'm usually a few days early or late. We've been only trying for about a month so I'm not stressing timing, when it'll happen it'll happen (even though we women who want to get pregnant want it to be overnight deep down haha) my p tracker said I should of ovulated the beginning of the last month on the 12th and then also on the 31st but it calculated (since I'm doing OPK tests and my temperature) and we baby danced every other day prior to the 12th ( even though at this time I wasn't really keeping track of when I ovulated we just decided to start the week before my ovulation date) and then everyday till the 31st (for more reasons than just trying) my last red dot was the 14th going for the usual 4 days and then we tried for the next two weeks up to my "estimated ovulation" but then due to my logging in my opks and temperature. Well my red dot mysteriously happened on the 31st, it was pretty much non existent and only lasted probably 2 days partially 3. I've never had that happen ever, well atleast so close to the last red dot I had. I waited till yesterday to take a test and negative.

After that long novel, my question because I don't really have family to ask (trying to keep the whole baby trying closed mouth till it happens). Should I just continue to take opks everyday up to what my P tracker is estimating my ovulation / fertile days? Anyone ever had this happen?

I am taking prenatals with folic acid, I work out every other day, lots of water, eating better.  Could the prenatals be throwing my hormones a little out of whack because of what prenatals are for?

I'm not stressing about it, just questions, wondering. Especially when I can't speak to anyone close to me, my husband is clueless when it comes to a few things about us women and what we gotta go through to have this happen. Not saying for the men it's any easier but it's way different. After all our bodies go through the most.

I should say since the 22nd I've had a weird full feeling in my lower abdomen but I know it could be for other reasons. Apparently a cyst as well? Also it's only when I'm sitting or slouching. No other feelings.

Help? And thank you?!!!
