Lump near vagina

I'm 16. I have this lump type thing down there. In between my leg and vagina sorta near the groin I guess. I thought it was a Cyst until I popped it today. A little blood and puss came out and now that I've left it alone I checke it again and the bump is still there I'm kinda worried and idk what to do..

These kind of problems are seen in those who shave their hair, if u r doing that  try drimmming, and make sure to use perinal wash twice a day, It may come as a symptom of your menstruation also. Better consult a doctor next time if it happens before it bursts.....

I have the same thing, I think the best thing to do is to take a Hot bath for at least 15-20 minutes twice a day. That's what most of the information I've found says and I've not tried it yet but they said to you sea salt and it can help, it apparently won't sting but it helps fight off the bacteria around it and in it if its popped, others said if it continues to see a doctor or use creams for it... Can say I know what creams but I'm sure google will have the answer... Sorry if I wasn't so helpful but I'm in the same situation as you.... Good Luck! X

It could be a cyst/large pimple, since pus came out.  If it didn't drain completely, that's why there's still a lump, and it could grow again.  To be safe, you should see a doctor.  They might lance it and give you some antibiotics to help it go away.  You can soak it in warm water in a bath to help soften it up, and try not to poke it a lot.  Your body will be trying to wall it off from everything else, and poking it could force the wall open and push more bacteria into the tissue, making it worse.  Now I'm terrible about not picking at things, and if I had something like that come to a head, I would very carefully take the top off and gently push it to let it drain.  A big red lump with no definite center should be left alone, though.  If it drains again, wash it gently with soap and water, and put some antibiotic ointment on it.  You can use antibacterial soap, but be careful since that area is easily irritated.  Avoid wearing tight pants to make sure it isn't being pressed a bunch throughout the day.

If it gets a lot worse, you need to see a doctor.
