Maddie, I assume your parents know? And the father of the babies?

You've got some deciding to do. If you intend to keep the babies and raise them, you and your adults closest to you need to do some discussing and planning. You need to finish school, and get trained in something that will give you a steady paycheck, and you need access to reliable daycare. Have you put that all together?

The other option is to put the babies up for adoption. If you go with a private adoption (that would be one facilitated by an adoption lawyer) you can arrange for it to be an open adoption, where you hear about the babies and their progress as they grow up. Lots of people are in line to adopt, and have gone through the mandatory home visit and other things to become qualified.

I have more to say about either option but it's hard to tell you more without knowing which direction you are leaning.

Try not to be scared. You will get through this no matter what.
