Menstrual Cramps Week After Periods?

Okay, so the past four-ish days I have been experiencing the cramps I normally get right before my period (today, twice time there was a brown discharge when I wiped). I just ended my period on Sunday, so I know I am not getting it again, I haven't had sex since my last period, so I know I am not pregnant. I am really confused, my periods are ALWAYS regular, so that does not have to do with it. I have been taking adderall here and there the past few weeks for studying purposes, so I have lost around 5-7 pounds (I have not been eating as much as normal), maybe that has something to do with it? Please let me know if anyone has any ideas.

Hello i know u say that bc uve been regular that doesnt have to do with it but its mostly likely that. I started my period at 12 n i was regular, every 26 days for 4-6 days, im now 19 and about 6 months ago they started going all over the place. The month before last it was 33 days n lasted 2 days n last month(just finished last week) it was 24 days n lasted 4 days so ur body could just be changing thats all n that can sometimes cause spotting as well bc i had that 2 months in a row when it first started changing. Im now 19 so after 7 years they are changing.

Okay, thanks, I didn't know if it had to do with the weight loss because I had never experienced cramps after my period

Its possible. If u are concerned i always say better safe than sorry so make an appt with ur gyno just to be sure. Weight changes can cause it to flucuate i do know that but i thunk what ive read was if it was like a dramatic amount in a short amount of time. But like i said ur body could just be changing which isnt necessarily a bad thing. Keep me posted though n im here if u need me <3 (:

I haven't got my period, but today I had the brown discharge when I wiped again..weird, no cramps today though :) maybe because I was already underweight for my height/age to begin with.. I know sometimes that leads to missed periods because the system is to weak to push.. Maybe this is the remainder of my period from last week.. Who knows.. I'm not worried
