why do i feel my body hurts before my period? and i get migrane?

That's totally normal to have body pains before your periods. Migraines are normal too. There isn't really a reason WHY this happens, it just does. Ask around with the girls in your family and see if it is common in your family. It can't really do anything, but sometimes it's good to know youre not alone. Hope I cleared things up!!! Good luck!

thank u for the advice, but is this normal?? constant body ache like flu, migraine, nausea, a week before my period. I can't even get out of bed i feel so bad!!!
i've asked my friends and no one gets anything like this!!

its normal period pains every girl gets it i advise a parecitamol or nurofen of some sort to calm the pains xx
