My boobs are small and i'm 14 am I a late bloomer?

So, I have small boobs. 34 A to be exact. My mom is a 34 B she told me she had big boobs at my age which makes me kinda concerned.  I got my period at age 12 and I only started growing boobs at age 13. It really bums me out because all the girls at my school have big boobs and i'm over here with small boobs. I've been doing breast massages and i've noticed some change but nothing to big. I don't know if I am a late bloomer or i'm not going to have a normal breast size like 34 C or even B. Is there anyone I could know if my boobs are going to grow or is there a way to make them grow?

I am 16 years old, and I also started my period at the age of 12. I have about the same breast size as you. Breasts come in all shapes and sizes, so yes it is completely normal for them to be small! My mom has always had large breasts, and I've never gotten them. There is no such thing as a "normal" breast size. Everyone's are different, and I know from experience that having smaller ones isn't a great feeling, but you just have to try to OWN it. Also, you are only 14, so there is still a chance for them to get bigger, but if not just know that there is nothing medically wrong with having small breasts. I have no clue if there are any natural ways to make breasts grow, but if there aren't, don't stress! Small breasts are not a bad thing.
