My cycle is late

It's been 38 cycle days and 19 dpo. I haven't a cycle for two weeks and three days now. It's driving me crazy, but I have been walking everyday to drop my weight so I can get pregnant. What can I do to for me to have a period again. Idk if I'm pregnant or not.

Yes I have told my Dr that I'm trying to conceive. My Dr tested me for my thyroids and it is normal.

Oh good.  I'm glad to hear this.  Thyroid issues are a pain!  Have you taken a pregnancy test?  If it is negative, then hopefully it will be here soon.  Keep at it, sex starting on day 10 of cycle and then every other day from there.  Let us know how it progresses!

Have you had your thyroid checked?  That can cause very long cycles (and often weight gain and holding onto weight as well).  I had a thyroid issue where it was slow, called hypothyroid, and had periods every 3 to 4 months (with pms starting at 3 weeks in and lasting until my period came, pms can be a little like pregnancy symptoms so it was confusing AND annoying).  Changes in routine and increasing exercise are notorious for delaying periods too.  You sound like you are doing the right things and remember, it takes the average couple a year to conceive.  Have you talked to your doctor and told them you are TTC?
