That is kind of strange that it is one. Because the other cause could be sweat or/and bacteria.  What if she wipes both down prior (cleans them)---  do they still taste different?

Could you please tell me which specialized doctor she can visit?
Probably her ob/gyn is the best place to start. This is the doctor that takes care of her reproductive health.  Now, remember, we are not perfectly asymmetrical.  If her sweat is contributing to the taste, the glands on one side will be slightly different than the other.

If she goes to the doctor, will you PLEASE come back and tell me what they said?

Is she lactating or are you just speaking of her nipple?  The nipple is made of skin that will excrete things.  Does she take vitamins or supplements?
