Need help on how to restore Hymen with out surgery
I am looking for some help to help a friend of mine that lives in the Middle East and was a rape victim, do to cultural standards she is not able to discuss this with doctors, due to the shame it will bring on her family. She wants to have Hymenoplasty surgery, but is unable to do, .. Due to no way of having surgery done without family discovering and disowning her. I have heard of creams that can help with vaginal tightening, do these work? And if so is there any over the counter products that you could recommend. Due to the tragedy that has happen to her she will not be able to marry unless she finds a way to fix this problem, and I am just trying to find any way to help her due to the persecution she will get if she looks for help in her country. Any other ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
First off, contrary to what girls are often led to believe, the hymen is not a flat piece of tissue covering the vagina, which is punctured during intercourse. If it were, girls would not be able to menstruate before they lose their virginity because there would be no outlet for menstrual blood.
Usually, the hymen looks like a fringe of tissue around the vaginal opening. It is not an intact piece of tissue draped across it. Some girls are born without a hymen, others have only a scanty fringe of tissue. Moreover, for all its fabled mystery, the hymen is just a body part.
Furthermore, while hymens can be torn during sex or other physical activity, they don’t “break.” These torn areas can bleed, but it doesn’t always happen.

There is an archetype where (in a culture where virginity matters more than the woman's life) the woman hides a pin in the bed and squirms and screams and pokes herself in the lady part with the pin on her first night with her new husband to make herself bleed. It's from way back when, and I cannot say that it works from my own experience or anything. But if you are telling the truth that her life is not worth anything if she reveals to her doctor that she was raped, and that everything in her future relies on her keeping up the pretense, it might be worth her knowing about this. It is hard to understand that being the victim of a crime (rape) would do this to her even in the most backwards society. But if you say so, I will have to believe you.

I suppose another way would be for her to plan her wedding to coincide with when she is having a period. Then she can pretend to her new husband that the period is bleeding from the first night's sex.
