Negative blood test but still feel pregnant, and no period.

Hello ladies,
Okay well ill give you a quick run down. My partner and I are not trying for kids for at least another year or so, and I have been on the pill for a little over three years now. I do sometimes miss a day or forget to take it on the correct time, but I do take it as soon as possible.

Anyway, lately I have been experiencing some pregnancy symptoms such as, going to the toilet more often, fatigue, and tired of the time and comes so randomly as well, I will had barely done anything and feel like I have no energy and have the need to rest. I have adapted a great sense of smell, and am experiencing like slight burps kinda more so a hiccup but a little burp. I'm a bit more gassier as well and I am to a lady to be gassy. Headaches, constipation (sorry for that) and yeah lower back pains etc. and sometimes cramps, also every time I get up or get out the car I get a little dizzy and light headed. I haven't experienced this before so I do not understand.

When I was expecting my period , it did not come, instead I had spotting, it was barely anything, and colour was brown , and I didn't understand why this was? And so I googled into it , and came up with "Implantation bleeding" .. Spotting was going on varying from brown to a pinky red colour and was so light that i wouldn't even have to wear a panty liner. This all started on a Friday and lasted till the Monday after my partner and I had intercourse and it got a little heavier , but still not enough blood for a period. Not at all. Blood still varies from a light brown discharge colour to a light pinky red colour till today, so far has been 6 days. I took a pregnancy test and blood test at the doctors two days ago and both came out negative. But I am still feeling symptoms.
My curiosity lands on, could I be pregnant still? Because if this is implantation bleeding, which I'm starting to doubt, do I need to take the pregnancy test a few days after it stops? And or what am I Going through? Could this be a sign for miscarriage? :'(

Please ladies if you have any advice , it would most keep me at ease.
Thank you

P.S I have posted this three other times on different sites, I just would like to know if anyone has experienced anything like this ? Is there a possibility I am still pregnant ? Or never was?

Hey,

Thank you, for this. I was thinking about waiting another month to see if continues, on the 15th of March, ill keep you posted and tell you whats happening. Ill book an ultrasound to see if i have an ovarian cyst, or if i actually was pregnant.

Thank you for this really, I was starting to worry when reading other woman's posts on how they thought they were pregnant but it was really a cyst.

I hope your doing well now.

Hi....
Your symptoms sound a lot like mine when diagnosed with ovarian cyst.  I really think you should have some tests done by your gyn/family practioner very soon.  My cyst ended up being the size of a grapefruit, and we had to remove it AND the ovary.  I was told that if it had burst, I could have died from the poisonous liquid held inside.  I am not diagnosing your problem, but really think it is to your benefit to get checked out!!!  (I thought I was pregnant also)  I also took the liberty to copy and paste an article on WebMd.com for you to read.    I hope this helps a bit.  I would also like to be updated on your condition.  I will worry... =(    Here is the article:

What are the symptoms of ovarian cysts and tumors?

Often, ovarian cysts don't cause any symptoms. You may not realize you have one until you visit your health care provider for a routine pelvic exam. Ovarian cysts can, however, cause problems if they twist, bleed, or rupture.

If you have any of the symptoms below, it's important to have them checked out. That's because they can also be symptoms of ovarian tumors. Ovarian cancer often spreads before it is detected.

Symptoms of ovarian cysts and tumors include:

Pain or bloating in the abdomen
Difficulty urinating, or frequent need to urinate
Dull ache in the lower back
    Pain during sexual intercourse
    Painful menstruation and abnormal bleeding
    Weight gain
    Nausea or vomiting
Loss of appetite, feeling full quickly
