No period for 3 months, negative hpt and light pink spotting. help!?

Hi,

I'm almost 25, of relativity good heath and not under any stress but I haven't had a period since August 14th and its now October 30th. I don't usually have problems with my period and other than possibly being a week early or later every now and then but i am usually very regular.

I have done several hpt but they have all been negative, i went to the doctor and he said sometime this just happens - helpful.

Yesterday i noticed very light pink discharge when i wiped and the same again today. Only a very tiny amount though - a lot less than any kind of period and far too light and pink. What could this be?

does anyone know what could be happening to me?

Please Help
