No sex drive or feeling 2 months after ablation

I had an endometrial ablation done on July 16, 2010 and starting in September I have lost my sex drive and have practically no feeling during sex.  I have had my hormores tested and all is fine.  I need some help with this.  It is starting to cause me great emotinal distress and it is hard on my marriage as well.
