Not a real concern, just embarassing...

I have these pimple like bumps that pop up around my buttcrack, some are like absess-like. But I have had them for a few years now, Sometimes some go away, and I wash really, really good. Sometimes I use like acne cream on that area too, hoping for some results. Please anyone have any other methods, advice, solutions, anything to help me with this embarassing problem.

Hey, I have the same problem, and I've found that st. ives apricot scrub gets rid of it fairly well.  It's definately a bit embarrasing, but i'm right there with you
