Novasure procedure
Hi, I was sterilised 6yrs ago then had the novasure procedure done 18months ago. For the last month I have suffered severe left sided abdominal pain, bloatedness and lower back pain. I never used to suffer with painful periods before just heavy. Not sure if this is my body getting ready to start my periods again? Can anyone help?
You should also look up Post Ablation Syndrome which is an unfortunately common problem for many women that get their tubes tied and have an ablation. You may want to look into whether that is what is causing your pain.

Your doctor could order an MRI of your uterus to see what is going on. You might have endometriosis. I guess another possibility is that your tubes came untied and you have a pregnancy, which is a very serious thing if you don't have any endometrium. See your doc.
