Ovarian cyst???

I am 13 days late from when I was suppose to start my period. A week after my period which was on the 28th of feb. I had a brown discharge for about a week. I have taken 4 pregnancy test and all of them have come back negative. I have been nauseous just by sitting, and have had very sharp pains in where my ovaries are on each side. I have been exercising more and my diet hasn't been that great also my sleep schedule has been crazy. Anyone have any idea of what this could possibly be? I've looked up symptoms for ovarian cyst and I have all of them.

Most cases like this doctors suggest surgery, but speak to your doctor and hear what he have to say. I have the same problem except i have polystic ovaries on one side cyst on the other with both 4cm big. I have seen my period/monthly for almost 2years now. My boyfriend and i are trying to get pregnant for over 1 year one. Two year i was pregnant and i had a miscarriage. Do an ultrasound to see how big it is and surgery is the soulution. Attend to it before it gets bigger and burst inside of you. Its dangerous.
