PERIODS AFTER TUBAL

Has anyone had a tubal after giving birth?  I had my baby in April and had my first period in May - nothing really bad - just some spotting and maybe 1 or 2 heavier days.  Well I got it the end of June and HOLY FLOOD!  I had a friend tell me before that after she had her tubal that her periods were just awful...cramps that bring you to tears and sooo much bleeding.  Anyways I was wondering if anyone has had this same problem?  I have googled it and see there are TONS of stories stating the same issue....

HELP PLEASE!!  ANYONE!  I cant go on like this!!

I have had this done also.  It was alot of years ago (17 to be excact), but I do recall discomfort and heavy, period-like bleeding.  I would say that if you are very uncomfortable, and bleeding through maxi-pads in a matter of an hour, you should see your doctor.  You cannot properly enjoy and bond with your new baby if you are in so much physical discomfort.  By the way, breast-feeding can induce cramps and bleeding.  Do not discontinue breast-feeding if you are.  A breast-fed baby is more important than your discomfort.  Again, see your doctor if you can't function as you are.  Blessings to you and your new baby! :-) - Blu

Oh man my computer is on the fritz lol.  But my baby is now 12 weeks old and yes I am bleeding thru a SUPER tampon in an hour!  This is just crazy to me.  I NEVER in my life had this happen.  I only ever had to use super tampons when my period first started 15 years ago!  from then on it was just regular ones and sometimes they would last me all day.  Cramping isn't too unbearable its just I don't wanna flood my pants when I stand up.  I need to call my doctor anyways bc I think I am depressed too....
