PLEASE HELP! Extreme Pelvic Pain week before periods. CT scan and MRI normal.

I'm really hoping someone can help me here. I'm loosing my mind with this pain. 8 days before my last period I started getting cramping and thought my period was going to hit me early as I normally have uncomfortable periods.  A day later I started having medium to heavy spotting. I contacted my OB/gyn but she was booked out untill the 31st. This lasted for 7 days and then I finally got my period.  It was VERY light and only lasted 3 days with the pain becoming unbearable.

After my period ended I was still in intense pain that finally sent me to the ER. They did some blood test, urine test, and a pelvic exam with everything looking normal. They sent me home with some hydrocodone. which hardly touched the pain.

The next night it got to the point ware I couldn't stand it again so I wen't back to the ER.  They gave me some morphine which more masked the pain then anything.  Did a CT scan with contrast that appeared normal and sent me home to follow up with my doctor.  My PCP didn't seem very concerned. Also have had an MRI with contrast since them that was also normal. I'm trying not to be scared over this because the test they did came up normal so I guess all thats left is endometriosis?

Well here I am again 6 days before my period this time and the cramps are coming on again. I was really hoping this was going to be a one time thing. I called my OB/gyn to see if they could get me in before the 31st, I felt like I was having an emergency and no luck.  And they don't have a cancellation list so I guess I'll just have to keep calling.  I still have 10 pain killers left, I don't like taking them. The only other change that I've noticed is that my face has been breaking out alittle bit since this all stared and I haven't had a pimple since my early 20's. So that a little odd.

I'm 33 and for the past 20 years or so my period has been every 27 days to the hour (normally in the morning lol). And I'm not stranger to cramps, the normal hit the day of my period and last 24 to 48 hours.  Normal aleve and a hot water bottle helps.

If anyone has any suggestions of what I can do to help the pain or if i should be seeing a different type of doctor or other test that could be done?  I'm kinda skewed until the 31st
