In my opinion I think that you should see your Gyno or doctor and discuss it with him! He will explain to you what is best for you! Everything happens a little differently for some people and there are many things that may be wrong or right with you! But the only person that can explain to you what is going on is your gyno/ Doctor! However I highly recommend that you take a pregnancy test due to the fact that your period is late.. if you have not already! And tracking your Basal body temp. is a good idea if your willing to wake up every day at the same time to take ur temp an chart!  Also start taking prenatal vitamins help says my Gyno. I wish you the best of luck and lots of baby dust! Just be positive and make sure your okay...let us know how it goes! LOBD Good luck!

Late periods?  I had a 57 day cycle!  A basal body temp chart can help you know your bod.  That can be stress or PCOS.  Nothing major, very fixable.  Lots of women have irregular periods going on.  Worrying makes it worse.  Get to know your body.

First, you need to build your library and make your body baby friendly.  For me, it was acupuncture, stress-reduction, and a diet on God's foods.  No high fructose corn syrup, lots of sweet potatoes and black beans, etc...  No pop or junk.  That would be the first thing to do for ANY ailment.  Library?  Taking Charge of Your Fertility is my first choice, then The Fertility Diet.  Start there and and track your basal body temp and you should know what's going on with your bod.  If you're having headaches, you need to look at diet, stress, and maybe some therapy to help you figure it out.  Of course, I'm NOT a doctor, so you should talk to a doctor first, but this is what worked for me.  America is a great country but the competitiveness, lack of an organized "faith," and crappy diet make things more stressful here.  Best of luck to you.

I would go ahead and do a simple pregnancy test. now!!! so you'll take the necessary precaution before it's too late, if you are positive...

Hi. Well 1st. a pregnancy test isn't a bad idea since its been over a month since your last period. 2nd I wouldn't worry too much about missing a period, my wife goes through that from time to time, sometimes stress will cause your to miss one. Sorry if it kinda creeps you out me being a guy and all...Hope you feel better
