Pain during intercourse / unknown reason for non mentral bleeding

Well i have two questions, One, My boyfriend and i are sexually active and he is my first partner. During intercourse it hurts in certain positions especially doggy style.. I have already told my OB/GYN about it but this is while i had an unknown problem, that caused me to be in and out of the Emergency room for 10 months, he went and did a laproscopy and found it was my appendix, and i got it removed, they said that it was most likely the reason for pain during intercourse but i am STILL having pain during doggy style..
and 2, I have been "bleeding" since Friday Dec.16,2011 but its not my period ! Friday morning i used the bathroom before school and when i wiped i noticed a hit of red in my discharge, but then the whole school day i didnt bleed, then when i got home i went to the bathroom and i was barely bleeding, It looks like the blood when you have a nose bleed, its bright red, Saturday i bled all day then sunday i didn't, monday i got a dull sharp pain in my pelvic area then started bleeding same with tuesday. and today. im worried!!! ( im already on Birth control) Depo Primavera,
im going to the OBGYN tomorrow and plan on discussing it with him but i just really want some answers..
Thankyou

women's vaginas aren't all designed the same way. the canals are shaped different. some women are physically designed to do that position. when you are on depo it makes a mucus plug on your cervix. when you are on it sometimes not all the blood will come out in a period. if you have painful intercourse like you said it may be because he was pushing too deeply and forcefully in you. it can make that blood come on out. I've had it happen before.

sounds like he might be big for you your bf that is

and if he was your first how long have you been sexually active

it hurts for me in some certain positions especially doggy style too but that's only because i am so small an hes so big i would change the way your doing it and for peace of mind get a pap an std screening.
