Hello there. Breasts are great and a pain both. Sigh. Please know that most of the time, breast pain is nothing serious and nothing to do with cancer or anything like that. Pain in breasts, as you know, is often related to our cycle but not always. Here are the symptoms of non cyclic breast pain:
Unrelated to the menstrual cycle
Described as tight, burning, stabbing or aching sensation
Constant or intermittent
Usually affects one breast, in a localized area, but may spread more diffusely across the breast
Sounds like your symptoms. There are several reasons why this can happen even including having too much caffeine. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/breast-pain/symptoms-causes/syc-20350423
What's your bra like? Is it supportive? That's a question sometimes asked. Pain also can be coming from the chest wall and not the breast itself. This can be due to an injury or inflammation.
