Painful fleshy lump near vagina.

I have a painful, fleshy, tender and smooth lump at the left side of my vagina, below mons pubis.
It's been there for a week now.
At first there were pus, but not much.
Now it's just flesh. It's reddish and there's a shimmery layer of skin on top of it.
Normally it doesn't hurt, but it hurt alot when i press it and after that.
I do shave, haven't been sexually active for the past 2-3 months.
I've done a check up during july or august and everything is fine.
Please help!
