Painfull condition pelvis

Hysterectomy 8 years ago. No cervix. Non smelling brown discharge, sharp pelvic pain. No sexual partners. No pelvic exam after hysterectomy. Age 42 female

Brown discharge suggests bleeding. It might well be time to get a pelvic exam and/or an abdominal MRI to see what might be going on.
