Hi there and welcome.  Very doubtful this has anything to do with pregnancy.  Early pregnancy often has no symptoms associated with fatigue often being the first thing reported.  One has to build up enough of the hormones caused by the growing baby to have symptoms.

The EARLY response tests that say they'll give you a positive result at FOUR days before your period is due work very well.  I got a positive with my son 4 days before my period was due just as the box said.  Use first morning's urine.  (but I didn't even do that.  I too one in the middle of the day 4 days before my period and it was positive).

You can take acetaminophen while pregnant.  If you are coming down with something and have body pains, you can take that with no worries.

good luck
